Many of my paintings have haiku as titles. I write haiku as a way of capturing my observations and experiences. These poems in turn help inspire the paintings and become their titles. This is a softly textured painting with a silken wax finish. It is a delight to touch! The painting is made with plaster on plywood and framed in a grey-green wooden tray frame.
This painting was exhibited in the Royal Cornwall Museum's 'Spirit of Cornwall' exhibition from October 2023 - January 2024.
